You also set targets of what you want to achieve, who can help and support you and the time span this would take to complete. 3. Identify sources of support for planning and reviewing your development. When looking for support when reviewing your development you can look at the media, because health care is always on the news. You can find out about studies that is going on and the research they are looking at. With the media you can find out about legislations new developments, guidelines and reports, for the people who are working and using the care services in the area you live in. With reports you can look at the failures people have experienced within the health care sector. Also the internet is a good place to find out information about documents and research that is taking place.
